H Sport Massage Clinic Ltd.

First off, I want to thank you for your patience and understanding during my absence. Over the past several months, I’ve cherished being in my little maternal bubble with my baby boy – it’s been a truly special time. However, the time has come for me to gently ease back into work.

Since my unexpected maternity leave began in May 2024, the business has naturally gone through a few transitions. One significant change is the decision to downsize the clinic to something more manageable and better suited to this new chapter in my life.

What Does This Mean For Existing Clients?

I will no longer be working from Staunton Court Business Park. I’ve absolutely loved being there – it’s been one of the most beautiful and inspiring spaces I’ve had the pleasure to work in. That said, it’s time to move on and simplify. Over the past few months, my husband and I (with the help of a few trusty electricians!) have been busy creating a dedicated treatment space within our home. While it’s still a work in progress, it’s coming together beautifully, and I’m excited to begin welcoming clients again, gradually and thoughtfully.

My New Work Schedule

I’ll be working three half-days per week:

Monday: 12pm – 5:30pm
Wednesday: 12pm – 5:30pm
Friday: 12pm – 6pm

Given this reduced schedule, I’ll be able to accommodate a maximum of 12–13 clients per week.

This does mean that short-notice appointments and more frequent bookings (like every 2–3 weeks) may not be possible at the moment.

I’m aiming to see regular clients on a 4–6 week rotation, and I truly appreciate your understanding as we navigate this new rhythm together.

Appointments & Pricing

To keep things simple and consistent, I’ll now be offering:

30-minute sessions at £27

60-minute sessions at £54

I will no longer be offering block bookings sessions or longer appointment, as they can create added pressure to reschedule or refund in cases of illness or late cancellations – for both myself and clients.

New Location & Booking Information

As my new clinic is based within my home, the address will only be shared once a booking is confirmed. Please note:

Appointments are by booking only

no walk-ins or drop-ins.

Only clients with confirmed appointments will be seen.

As this is also my home, I kindly ask that clients arrive and leave quietly and respectfully.

Unscheduled visits outside of clinic hours won’t be accepted.
